The Dipped Square Necklace

A square pendant the size of a thumbnail — 1.25 inches per side, dipped at the lower half in the Drift Collection's ivory muttonfat glaze, with the upper half left raw to show the speckled brown clay underneath. The dip line is the design: it's drawn by gravity when Lynn lowers the pendant into the glaze, so no two pieces have the same horizon. Strings on an 18-inch braided brown leather cord.
